| Job Description Pragmatics, Inc. Software Tester Pragmatics is looking for a mid level Tester to be responsible for all aspects of software testing, including writing Test Plans and Test Cases, planning, execution, data collection, analysis, and reporting on the software testing results. The Tester is also expected to assist with Functional and Integration testing of software and new technologies as needed. Candidates must possess strong written and oral communication skills in communicating with Management, Developers, End Users and other Testers. Candidates must be a good team player and be able to test for multiple types of Software Applications, Hardware and Peripheral devices, and new technologies in different environments. Candidates must be a quick learner in a fast pace setting environment. Prior experience with the CBP environment is a plus but not required. Technical Requirements: • 5+ years experience with Functional and integration Software Testing in Client Server and/or Web applications. • Expert in Test Case design and Test Planning for quality, error, Regression and Integration Testing. • Experience and/or knowledge of Engineering gear, Hardware, Software, and Security tools, Networking equipment, Data Modeling, Microsoft and Java Suite. • Familiarity with Dimensions Project Tracking tool is a plus. • Some experience with Research and Development a plus.
