Required Experience: 5 + years work experience in the field of web design/retail and Internet technologies. Project and staff management. Web usability design. Graphic design principles that include Color theory, Illustration, Motion graphics, Photography and Typography. Creative and production applications such as PhotoShop, ImageReady, Illustrator, HTML editors, etc. Adobe PhotoShop and Adobe Illustrator. HTML Coding, XML, Java, Pearl/CGI, Flash, and SQL/Database Connectivity.

Degree: BS/BA strongly preferred.

Job Information: Lead the visual design of all associated web sites. Maintains consistency in visual design across all pages of site. Coordinate the work of a visual design web team and track workflow, schedules, projects and committee decisions.
