Where you will be working You will be working in our company headquarters in El Segundo, CA. What you will be doing You will be responsible for range assortment and sourcing, private label development, supplier management and the financial performance of non-food which includes all regular, every day non-food/household items such as health and beauty, paper products, laundry, household, baby, and pet items.

Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing plans to improve in-store availability of range for customers and achieve sales, profit and margin to defined targets. What we are looking for We are looking for someone who has non-food buying experience, or relevant merchandising or category analyst experience. Direct experience in the health and beauty category is a plus. You will need to have a good insight and understanding of current and up coming non-food trends. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a drive and passion, and willingness to learn. We are willing to train and develop the right person with those qualities. You will have the ability to be innovative and think outside of the box. You will be able to adapt to new methods and new ways of working. You will have good presentation skills and basic knowledge of current software packages.
